Medi For All Tips:

  • Baking the chicken would also work well. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and cook to the safe temperature noted in the recipe.

  • Brown rice would be a nice substitute for quinoa if you don't like or don't have.

  • Substitute any bean you like as well, if you don't like or have pinto beans.

  • Add some crisp lettuce for a little crunch.
